Our warranty protects the integrity of the movement, case, bezel, case back, and sapphire crystal, ensuring that every element continues to reflect the perfection with which it was conceived. Water resistance is guaranteed at the time of purchase and depends on the condition of the case, crown, and crystal seals; we recommend having these tested periodically by an authorized technician to preserve the watch’s security over time.
Beyond time, beyond use
Normal wear, the passage of time, or damage from impacts or improper use are not covered, nor are modifications by unauthorized centers. Every Ermete deserves specialized care; the warranty is valid only with the original certificate and maintenance performed according to our standards, recorded in the accompanying booklet to create a complete history of your Ermete.
